The man is reported to have exposed himself to two teenage girls as they walked along a footpath which runs between London Road and Saxon Way, close to Gibson Gardens in Saffron Walden.

The girls were not approached, but they were left shaken by the incident on Monday, March 4.

The suspect is described as white, 5ft 6in tall, with short, straight, light brown hair which was really close to his ears.

He had blue/green eyes and a pink face which was quite spotty. He was wearing a black suit with faint pin stripes, white shirt and a purple tie.

He is also wanted in connection with offences of indecent exposure and accosting in Basildon on Thursday 14th March. The suspect threatened a 17-year-old man in Great Gregorie.

The victim was shaken but not harmed. The same suspect is then believed to have indecently exposed himself to a female motorist as she drove past the Joker Pub in Basildon at 5.30pm. Anyone who recognises the man in the e-fit should ring police at Basildon on 101.

Anyone who recognises the e-fit or who has any other information is asked to call Essex Police on 101 or ring Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
