Keith Foster
A convicted paedophile has failed to comply with the terms of a Sexual Offences Prevention Order.
Keith Foster, who was convicted of possessing indecent images of children in 2013, was living in Wakefield area but is known to have links to have to Lancashire.
Foster is described as white with a thin build. He is aged in his mid 60’s, 5ft 8″ in height and with black, straight, collar length hair.
Foster is known to use a number of aliases, including Kirsty Foster and is said to use a red mobility scooter
Hafiz Ikram
Hafiz Ikram, 30, who was last known to be living at Bower House in Whiting Avenue, Barking, is wanted after failing to notify police of his whereabouts under the terms of his inclusion on the Sex Offenders Register.
He is now believed to be in the Leyton area but could be anywhere in the UK. Ikram admitted sexual activity with a child in Manchester in 2011.
Carlo Dawson
Suspected paedophile Carlo Dawson from Croydon is one of Britain’s most wanted fugitives and is believed to be holed up in Spain.
Crimestoppers and the National Crime Agency have released a picture of him as part of Operation Captura – a campaign to try and track down 10 people who are thought to be hiding amongst ex-pats.
The 52-year-old is wanted by the Metropolitan Police on suspicion of indecent assault and making indecent photographs of a child.
Between October 11, 1996, and October 10, 1997, he is believed to have indecently assaulted a 12-year-old girl.
When his computer was seized in 2013 officers found indecent photographs of children of a varying degree of severity. He is 5ft 10in with a two-inch scar on his right palm.
Obaidullah Shenwari
Police are hunting a man wanted over sex attacks on two teenage girls.
Police want to question Obaidullah Shenwari, 21, after a 15-year-old was raped and a 14-year-old girl suffered a serious sexual assault.
The attacks happened at an address in Hove in June 2013, police said.
Det Sgt Richard Harris of West Sussex Police said: “We believe Shenwari, who may up till recently have been elsewhere in the UK, is currently in or around the city.”
Shenwari is 5’7″ tall, medium build and has a distinctive tattoo of Arabic writing on the left side of his neck.

Ian Dolan
Newton Aycliffe man Ian Dolan may have fled to Thailand after being charged with possessing indecent images of children and extreme animal pornography
Ian Dolan appeared at Durham Crown Court on September 5 last year charged with 16 counts of making indecent images of children between September 2011 and November 2012. Dolan, formerly of Sampson Place,Newton Aycliffe, also faced charges of possessing more than 5,000 indecent images of children and possessing 70 extreme pornographic images involving animals.
The 48-year-old was granted bail to attend on October 10 last year after the case was adjourned. However, he failed to show up and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He has remained on the run for over a year and police are appealing to the public to help track him down.
Abdelouaheb Delhoum
A CONVICTED paedophile living in Headington is being hunted by police after failing to go to court.
Abdelouaheb Delhoum, 45, was convicted of two counts of sexual assault on a child under 13, three counts of inciting a child under 13 to engage in sexual activity and one count of rape of a child under 13 years at a hearing in May. The charges relate to offences which took place in the Swindon area.
Delhoum was convicted at Swindon Crown Court on May 1, 2014 and was released on conditional bail until June 13, but he has not returned or made contact with police since. Delhoum is described as Middle Eastern, approximately 5ft 9in, of a medium build and with a shaven head.
Sarwar Ali
Sarwar Ali is wanted in connection with the abduction and rape of a 12-year-old girl in Manchester in 2006. Sarwar Ali is 38-years-old, is from Iraqi and is in the country illegally
Ali was last seen in Mossley and has links to the Oldham area of Manchester.
He has a distinctive limp as a result of a car accident. Detectives think he may well be using a fake identity.

Osman Hussain Abdurahman
In 2008 this person was convicted of a sexual offence against a 14 year old female in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. He is subject to sex offender requirements and his whereabouts have not been known since May 2009. He was suspected to be in Coventry in 2010 but was not located.
Attif Hussain
Attif Hussain is a registered sex offender who vanished after he was released from prison on licence.
Hussain (35) was convicted for having sex with a 14-year-old Oldham girl, and breaching the terms of his sex offender registration. He has previous convictions for three rapes and an abduction, also in Oldham. Police are investigating allegations Hussain seriously sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl.
The photograph of Hussain was taken in 2008 but officers believe his appearance may be slightly different now. It is understood he has grown his hair, has a beard and has lost weight. He was last known to be living in the Shaw area and is thought to have links with London and Derby.
He is Asian, 5ft 8in tall, with brown eyes, black hair, of medium build and of scruffy appearance with a birthmark on his right leg. He speaks with a northern accent.
Saber Haldari
Police are hunting a man they believe poses a serious risk to children.
Saber Haldari is wanted in connection with sex offences committed against a young boy in Bristol between January and August last year.
Mr Haldari, who is believed to be in the UK illegally, has links to both the Afghan and Iranian communities and may have travelled to Birmingham, London or Leeds, Avon and Somerset Police said. His date of birth is not known but he is believed to be about 30 years old.
Det Con Katherine Flanagan, of the Public Protection Unit in Bristol, said: “Haldari is wanted in connection with serious offences and we believe he poses a significant risk to children. “He is described as about 5ft 8in, of medium build, with short dark hair. He is clean shaven and has a square face.
James Dunham – Eastbourne
A sex offender has gone on the run after pleading guilty to having sex with an underage girl. James Dunham, 33, absconded from Lewes Crown Court on Thursday after admitting the charge.
Sussex Police said Dunham, a landscape gardener from Eastbourne, East Sussex, was given bail and told to remain in the court building to discuss the case with his solicitor. He has not been seen since. Police also issued an appeal in December after he failed to turn up to trial
Dunham, whose last known address was Albert Parade in Eastbourne, is white, 5ft 10in tall, of medium build, with green eyes and short brown hair.
Police are appealing for the public’s help to trace a man wanted in connection with the rape of a 15-year-old girl. Between 1 May 2012 and 30 June 2012, a 15-year-old girl was raped on two occasions at an address in Bolton, one of those at knife point.
As part of a subsequent investigation Hardi Hijrani (10/02/1993) was charged with two counts of rape. A warrant was issued for his arrest after he failed to attend Bolton Crown Court to stand trial. He has links to Bolton and Wakefield.
Malik Badar Afzal
Malik Badar Afzal (10/02/1976) who failed to appear at court after being charged with the rape of a 13-year-old girl in June 2002. Manchester area
Mindaugas Petraitis
Mindaugas Petraitis is a Lithuanian National and a Registered Sex Offender. He was convicted in 2012 for a sexual assault on a 13 year old female in Mansfield. He was sentenced to 9 months imprisonment and placed on the sex offender register.
His current assessment places him as a very high risk. In October 2012 he was released to an address in Sheffield. Later, in October, he was detained at Dover and charged with notification offences, receiving a further 9 months imprisonment. In February 2013 he was released following an appeal and has not registered an address since that time.
British National Mark Andrew Haswell was issued with a warrant for his arrest for the crime of the Rape of a Minor before the Regional Trial Court in Pasay City, Manila, Philippines. As a result of the warrant, Haswell is now on Interpol’s list of wanted persons under the categories of Crimes Against Children, Fugitives, and Sex Crimes.
The businessman, who was formerly prominent in the Far East sailing community, is believed to be now living back in Britain.
Haswell was born on the 30/04/1968. Haswell, who owns a property in Southampton, Hampshire was last reportedly seen in the Newcastle area of Tyne and Wear in February 2011.
Andrew Simmonds
Wiltshire Police are appealing for information regarding the location of Andrew Simmonds, 57 from Amesbury.
Mr Simmonds disappeared from his home on 2nd March 2012 and despite local and regional media appeals at the time and a thorough investigation he has not been found. Simmonds had been arrested in connection with the possession of online indecent images of children and failed to answer bail.
Kevin Hester
An appeal has been launched to trace a man wanted in connection with a series of alleged sexual assaults, some of which involved a child.
Kevin Hester, 44, whose last known address was Leven Drive in Waltham Cross, is wanted for failing to return on bail in December last year. He is also wanted in connection with alleged sexual assaults on a child which occurred at locations in the UK and Ireland between 2001 and 2009.
In addition, he is wanted in connection with an alleged offence which occurred between 2001 and 2002 in Cheshunt and for possession of indecent images. Hester has connections to Stanstead Abbotts.
Abdul Haque – Bletchley
Abdul Haque, is wanted for a sexual assault on a girl under the age of 13 at Bletchley Swimming Pool on March 21, 2010. He failed to report on police bail and is still wanted.
An international manhunt is underway for a paedophile Air Training Corps sergeant who fled the country after abusing female cadets.
Sgt James Reading was found guilty in his absence of groping four teenagers while on night exercises and at illegal underage drinking parties at his squadron hut in Okehampton, North Devon. The children were 14 & 15 years old

VLADIMIR JANKUNEC is suspect for a Serious Sexual Assault and False Imprisonment on a young female in August 2012 in Walton-on-Thames, Surrey . He has avoided Police capture since the date of the offence and all lines of investigation has failed to locate him. CRIMESTOPPERS are searching for a sex offender last seen in Dewsbury.
Zahoor Ahmed, who was last seen at 11 Pilgrim Crescent on September 8 last year, has failed to notify the police of his new address.
Mr Ahmed was placed on the sexual offences register for committing indecent assault on both a child and an adult female.
He is described as slim, about 5ft 8in, aged between 35-40. He has receding black, shoulder-length hair, with a goatee beard.
Mr Ahmed is a Pakistani national with links to people in West Yorkshire and Birmingham.
Roger David Saunders
Roger David Saunders, b. 05/09/1944 is wanted on warrant for failing to appear in court in relation to offences of possession of indecent images of children.
Mr Saunders is about five feet 10 inches tall, of large build with a fair complexion and short, grey, receding hair. Saunders is well travelled and has worked in the gaming industry, latterly as a table inspector. He has connections to Derbyshire and Surrey. Saunders also has dual British/Canadian citizenship and is still in possession of his Canadian passport and has known links with Canada.
Keith RICHARDSON
Keith David RICHARDSON has failed to comply with the notification requirements under the Sexual Offences Act 2003 and is currently wanted urgently by the Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre. Last known address in Lancashire, but it is assessed that he could also be outside of the UK, possibly in Spain or Europe. – The images of RICHARDSON may not be an accurate image of his current appearance. – Manchester accent – Wears glasses – Black panther tattoo on left forearm; Swallow tattoo on right forearm; Dagger tattoo on right forearm
John Platt
John Platt is wanted for sex offences against children including rape and attempted rape in Oldham.
His alleged offences include sexual assaults and rapes on a girl when she was aged between 8 and 18
He was arrested in May 2004 but jumped bail and has not been seen since. He’s 53 (2015) and may have connections in Ireland.

Police have issued an image of a man they want to speak to as part of an ongoing investigation into child sexual exploitation in Rochdale.
Muhammed Shahzad, born 1/4/72, of Jepheys Street, Rochdale, was arrested on suspicion of rape on 1 April 2011 and absconded while on police bail on 16 June 2011. It is believed he could now be in Rochdale, Oldham or elsewhere in the north west or even further afield.
Michael Sansbury
Michael Derek Sansbury is wanted in connection with serious sexual offences against a child. He was charged in 2005 and was released on bail. He failed to appear at court and has not been seen since. When last seen, Sansbury was wearing his hair long and tied back in a ponytail. He had a beard and moustache. It is believed that he may now have changed his appearance.
Sansbury is 44 years old. He’s 5ft 9in and has a tattoo on his right forearm with the word “MICK” written inside a scroll. He uses various aliases including Derek Bain, Derek Blen and Michael Edges. He speaks fluent German and Spanish and may speak with a slight American accent.

Abdulsamda Ahmed Raza
Twenty-five-year-old Kurdish national Abdulsamda Ahmed Raza – who is known as Samad – is wanted in connection with the rape of a 13-year-old girl in Llanelli in December 2011. Raza has links to Stoke-on-Trent, Leeds, Sheffield and London.

Barry Brunton, who is 63 years old, is wanted in connection with an indecent assault on a child which happened in the 1970s. Brunton worked in Hertfordshire at the time the offence is believed to have taken place, including as a choir master in Bishop’s Stortford.
He was arrested in 2003 for the offence and was given police bail but he failed to answer bail in early 2004. Investigations have been on-going in order to trace him ever since; these include enquiries in the Philippines. He is originally from the Isle of Wight but his last known address is London Road, Downham Market.
John Kamau Maina
31-year-old John Kamau Maina, aka “Joe”, is wanted in connection to the serious sexual abuse of a child in Reading. As well as Reading, he has connections to Watford. He’s an illegal immigrant, is probably using a new identity and could be working in a care home looking after vulnerable adults. – Contact: Thames Valley Police
Jason Waller
33 year old Jason Elton John Waller is a convicted sex offender who has broken the conditions of his release and been missing since March 2009. He is considered a very high risk and needs finding fast.
He has links all across the country including Devon, Kent, Cardiff, London and Guildford. Waller is described as white, 5’8” tall and overweight with light brown, short receding hair. He has previously had a moustache and beard, and speaks with a West Country accent.

Hafij Rahmat Ullah
Fifty-two-year-old Hafij Rahmat Ullah is a convicted paedophile who abused young children while working as an Imam at a mosque in Hertfordshire. He is wanted by police after failing to register as a sex offender. Ullah, has a scar on left side of his neck, and has links to South Wales, Hertfordshire and London. He may well be teaching at a mosque.

Richard John Ramsay Burrows

Sixty-seven-year-old Richard John Ramsay Burrows is wanted in connection with the sexual assault of young boys which took place during the 1980s at a care home where Burrows was working as a house master. Burrows was due to stand trial in 1998 but absconded and has not been seen since. Burrows has links to Cheshire and the Midlands and may now own a barge.

Stephen Mark Clare
Last known to have resided in the Newcastle upon Tyne area. Last seen in Yeovil in Somerset within last 3 years. Has previously had connections with the Bromsgrove area of West Midlands and Brighton, Sussex. However it is assessed as likely that he could be abroad. Clare, 38 (2011), was jailed for sexually assaulting a five-year-old girl and taking indecent photographs in the 1990s. He served 18 months of a three-year sentence before he was released on licence but was ordered to sign the sex offenders register. After being released from jail in 1998, he moved to Brighton.
Clare previously worked as a photographer and trained to teach English as a foreign language. A spokesman for Ceop said: “We don’t have any idea where he is.“He has not been seen since 2002 when he last complied with the terms of his registration. “Since then he has disappeared.
David Parr
Parr, 44, was jailed for five years in 2000 and put on the Sex Offender Register for life for sex attacks on children under 13 and making indecent images of youngsters.He was released from jail on licence in January 2004 and should have informed police where he was living, but has since disappeared.
Parr, who also uses the name David Cauldwell. Parr is from Wigan, Greater Manchester, but intelligence suggests he may have travelled in Europe and is also known to have spent time in Singapore and Malaysia.
Rifat Mehmet
Rifat Mehmet, now 48 (2012) , was convicted for child sex offences and was placed on the Sex Offenders Register on his release from prison in 2001. Missing since 2001.
He has breached his obligations under the Sex Offenders Act 1997 by failing to inform police of his current residential address. “It is thought that he is living in the London or Essex area – though he could be living elsewhere.”
Peter Phillips
Suspected paedophile Peter Phillips is still on the run – and police need your help to track him down.
The 56-year-old, from Newport, was arrested on suspicion of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity in November 2011. He was released on bail while detectives continued investigating the case, but has since gone on-the-run.
Police now think he might be in Derby or Lincoln with his wife, Suzie Phillips, 31, who has also been missing from Newport since January 9 2012.
Phillips is described as white, slim and 5ft 10in tall, with blue eyes and short, straight, grey hair. He has the names “Rose” and “Janet” tattooed on his right bicep.
Suzie is described as white and stocky, with a pale complexion and around 5ft 6in tall. She has scars on her eyebrow and stomach.

Stephen Brown
Information wanted on sex offender Stephen Brown
Police are appealing for information regarding the whereabouts of Stephen Brown, a convicted sex offender, aged 47, from Swindon.
In June 2006, Brown was convicted at Coventry Crown Court of sexual activity and sexual grooming of a female aged under 16.
He was sentenced to two and a half years imprisonment and was subject to a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO).
In May 2010, Brown was arrested by Wiltshire Police on suspicion of breaching his SOPO and was released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Shortly after he was released, officers received information that Brown had left the house in Swindon where he was staying and an investigation into his whereabouts was begun.

Mohammed AKMAL was charged with the offence of SEXUAL ASSAULT ON FEMALE UNDER 14 YEARS. He failed to appear at Luton Magistrates Court on 18/7/00 A bench warrant was issued for his arrest. He is aged between 40-45, and approx 5’6″ tall of medium build
Jeffrey Redman-Armstrong
Jeffrey Redman-Armstrong is a registered sexual offender and as part of this, he is required to inform police of his current address, however officers have not had contact with him since September. The 42-year-old was convicted in 2005 of sexual activity with a female under 16 and was released last May. He has connections to Derby and Long Eaton.
Hussein Ali WARSAME
Wanted for failing to appear at Kingston Crown Court for an offence of Indecent Assault on a female under 14 years old. Last known location was Mitchum/London
Fatah BENLAREDJ
Fatah BENLAREDJ is wanted for the rape of a 7 year old girl. Last known location was Spain but has many links to the UK
John Archer Barnett
POLICE in Blackpool are appealing for information about the whereabouts of a missing sex offender from Kent. John Archer Barnett, 62, (pictured) was last seen by his landlord on 14th April at an address in Kent and is now believed to be in Blackpool.
He may have shaved his head and shaved his beard off. Barnett is a registered sex offender who was convicted in 2003 for an indecent assault on an eight year old boy. He was jailed for four years.
