My son is dangerous trans paedo Katie Dolatowski – lock him up NOW before he attacks another child

THE dad of a notorious trans paedo with multiple aliases has begged the justice system to ‘lock up his son’ – after the beast walked free from another bail breach.

Predator Katie Dolatowski, 22, spent a night in custody last month after breaking a curfew designed to keep the sinister fiend indoors at night

But a sheriff freed the child sex offender to stay in a budget hotel in Grangemouth, Stirlingshire under a new identity, Alyanna McKenna, despite multiple examples of the towering sicko flouting court orders.

The 6ft 5” beast attacked a ten-year-old girl and covertly filmed a 12-year-old in supermarket toilets in Fife in 2018 and has also racked up two more convictions for violence.

Born Lennon Dolatowski the pervert is now using the two other names.

Bizarrely, third name Alyanna McKenna was scored out on the latest charge sheet by hand and replaced with ‘otherwise known as Katie Dolatowski’ by baffled court staff.

Disgusted dad Simon, 43, from Kirkcaldy, who has completely disowned his son, said: “He needs to be locked up.

“They are horrible offences. I hate it.

“It doesn’t matter whether it’s a small breach or not, rules are rules.

“Those conditions are a direct alternative to the jail.

“So if you break them, you should go to jail.

“I washed my hands of him long ago.”

Dolatowski is under the strictest supervision that can be imposed, a sexual offences prevention order, following convictions for the sex attacks on the youngsters.

The beast was 18 when ‘she’ targeted the girl of ten in the toilets of a Morrisons supermarket in Kirkcaldy.

Dolatowski ordered the child to remove her trousers and threatened to stab her and kill her mum — but the girl punched the attacker and fled.

It came a month after the pervert was caught secretly filming a 12-year-old girl on the toilet in an Asda in Dunfermline.

Dolatowski also repeatedly flouted orders to inform cops of ‘her’ address and last September spent 71 days in an all-women’s domestic abuse refuge in Leeds after using an alias before being rumbled and booted out.

The repeat offender returned home to Kirkcaldy to stay with a relative but didn’t tell cops about their movements and was arrested after a crowd of locals surrounded the home demanding ‘she’ be moved.

Dolatowski was due to appear at Falkirk sheriff court on March 23 but lawyer Ruaridh Hood told Sheriff Simon Collins the persistent offender wasn’t present.

He said: “My client appeared from custody at Edinburgh Sheriff Court for a breach of bail and was admonished and dismissed.”

Court papers confirm Dolatowski turned up at St Leonard’s police station in Edinburgh outwith the curfew hours and was immediately arrested.

Sheriff Collins continued the case – for further sentening on two breaches of strict conditions – until later this month.

Dolatowski has two convictions of violent offences against males, one within Polmont young offenders institution after which ‘she’ was sent to the all-female Cornton Vale nick near Stirling.

Dolatowski is one of several high profile trans prisoners whose cases have come to light since the Scottish Government moved forward with new gender self-ID plans.

The UK Government has confirmed it will try to block the new laws passed at Holyrood.

Update: Dolatowski is to return to court on May 8

Fife sex offender back in court after breaching community payback order

A sex offender who targeted two young children in supermarket toilets has been banned from deleting her internet history after “suspect behaviour”.

Katie Dolatowski appeared at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court yesterday and was warned she faced being sent into custody if she tried to cover her tracks on social media.

The 18-year-old previously admitted sexually assaulting one child and filming another young girl using the toilet.

She targeted the first child in the women’s bathroom at the Halbeath Asda Store on February 8 last year.

The victim was sitting in a cubicle with her trousers down when she saw a mobile phone being held over the partition wall.

The young girl shouted and the assailant, later identified as Dolatowski, ran from the scene.

Just weeks later, on March 4, the sex offender struck again inside the toilets at Morrisons in Kirkcaldy.

She grabbed a 10-year-old girl by the face before forcing her into a cubicle and demanding she take her trousers off.

The attacker also told the victim that she would stab her mother.

Dolatowski narrowly avoided being sent into custody when she appeared for sentencing in January and was instead handed a strict three-year community payback order.

She was banned from having contact with children and placed on the sex offenders register as well as being ordered to perform 100 hours of unpaid work.

A court oversight meant a condition banning her from deleting her online history was not attached to the order at the time of her sentencing.

The court was told how a social worker was concerned that Dolatowski had been erasing her internet chat history and there was “heightened risk” of her being involved in criminal activity.

Dolatowski, who is also on an electronic tag, also admitted twice breaching her CPO by failing to attend for appointments.

Defence solicitor Alan Davie said she had been having difficulties obtaining benefits and had been unable to make her way to a review hearing in February.

He added: “She is somebody who requires to be monitored very closely and it has not gone terribly well. There is some level of compliance.”

Sheriff James Williamson said: “I didn’t expect this order to go smoothly from the outset but I did expect you to comply with the strict terms.

“One of the worrying features in the report suggest that you have been accessing the internet and then trying to hide who you have been in contact with.

“One of the conditions now attached to the order will be that you do not delete the history off any devices or use software capable of deleting the history off devices that you use to access the internet or social media channels.

“Given the background of this offence and the nature of the report before me, if you are now found to be hiding internet messages or social media outlets, that will be a breach and you will go to prison, or in your case a young offenders institute.

“Make no mistake about that.”

The sheriff deferred sentence for consideration of the two CPO breaches and ordered Dolatowski to reappear on April 9 for a review.

Female spaces need better protection after trans woman sex assault on girl, say campaigners

A mother has blasted the sentence given to a sex offender who attacked her 10-year-old daughter in a supermarket toilet.

The woman – who cannot be named to protect the identity of her child – voiced fury that Katie Dolatowski had been freed to serve her sentence in the community.

Dolatowski, 18, sexually assaulted the girl in the toilets of Morrisons, Kirkcaldy.

She grabbed the terrified youngster by the face, shoved her into the cubicle and ordered her to remove her trousers.

But instead of being jailed at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court, Dolatowski, who identifies as a woman but was believed by her victim’s family to be a man, was given community payback and tagging orders.

The mum felt “very, very let down” and said: “I don’t have any confidence whatsoever that he will not go out and do something equally as bad or worse.”

The girl had been sledging when the assault occurred on March 4, last year, a month after Dolatowski had filmed a 12-year-old girl on the toilet in another supermarket in Dunfermline.

When she came out of her cubicle, Dolatowski shoved her back in and told her there was a man outside who would kill her mother.

The brave schoolgirl, however, punched Dolatowski in the face, stomach and groin and ran to her father and siblings waiting just outside the toilets.

Her mother said the girl was hysterical after the attack and continued to suffer flashbacks.

She said: “This is something that will remain with her for the rest of her life.

“He was stalking the toilets. He went there specifically to attack a child.

“We were so, so lucky that nothing worse happened. It was only her reaction that stopped that. It could have been a five-year-old child that wouldn’t have been able to fight back.”

The court heard Dolatowski had been in the social care system since the age of three and had mental health issues.

But the mother said: “A lot of people have been in care but they do not go out and assault children.

“I don’t care that he has issues or what his background is, he is a paedophile and he has been let out on a supervision order.”

Dolatowski admitted sexually assaulting the girl and following another girl into the toilets at Asda Halbeath, Dunfermline, on February 8, and trying to film her urinating by holding her mobile phone over the cubicle partition.

Banning her from having contact with children, Sheriff James Williamson gave her what he described as a “stringent” community-based sentence, allowing her to be released from Polmont Young Offenders Institution to supported accommodation.

Dolatowski was considered to pose a “moderate risk” of reoffending but Sheriff Williamson said: “I have come to the conclusion that the public will be better protected by the imposition of a stringent community payback order.”
