A SEX offender who exposed himself in front of a four-year-old girl in Aberdeen has avoided being locked up.
Santo Gear was sentenced to probation after admitting a string of offences, including flashing in front of the girl.
The 24-year-old, who is on the sex offenders’ register, committed the offence in Finnan Place, Torry, on August 8, 2009.
It appears the offender was already on the sex offenders register when the crime occurred. He admitted a range of offences. It was said in court that he pleasured himself in front of the child. He denied the offence. The case was said to have been racially motivated.
