Sick paedophile with vile images secretly filmed woman taking a shower
A sick paedophile who secretly filmed an adult woman taking a shower and asked vile questions to a 12-year-old boy has been spared jail.
Nicolas Moy was snared by a police officer who posed as a boy aged 12 online in August 2019, with the 48-year-old aware early on that he was chatting with a child.
Moy would ask indecent questions such as whether the schoolboy had “any hair down there” or if he had seen other children naked.
Moy also admitted to fellow paedophiles that he was a voyeur who secretly made a short video of a woman taking a shower and masturbated in a child’s bedroom.
Moy came to the attention of the police after he had engaged in discussions online of an indecent nature.
He was arrested at this home in Cottingham on October 14 last year.
Officers found 25 indecent images on a laptop as well as more images contained on his iPhone on an app called My Disk, a secure password protected app keeping files private.
“Samples of the images described involved children between the age of ten and 13-years-old,” said prosecuting barrister Dale Brook.
“Although it is right to observe there are images depicting children as young as three to five-years-old including category A images involving sexual activity.
“On the laptop were conversations with various users of a relevant indecent nature.”
The court heard that Moy spoke with other users about spying on a girl and masturbating as he did so, including in her own bedroom.
Videos and photos on Moy’s phone also found that he captured a woman getting undressed and showering while she was not aware of being filmed.
“This made her feel disgusted,” said Mr Brook. “She felt really upset and feels her trust has been breached and betrayed.”
Investigating officers also discovered that Moy had engaged in an online conversation in August 2019 with a child called Jacob, or who he thought was a child.
“It was a police officer posing as a child,” said Mr Brook. “The defendant was told early that Jacob was 12-years-old.
“The defendant asked what Jacob was wearing and what colour underwear.
“He asked whether he had any hair down there, whether he had seen people at school naked, whether he got excited while messaging others and whether he had done anything with a girl.
“He asked Jacob to send indecent photos of himself. When a photo was sent the defendant asked for it to be more explicit as he wanted his pants to be pulled further down.”
Moy answered no comment to all questions by police but appeared at Hull Crown Court on Friday (July 9) to be sentenced for three counts of making indecent images of children, voyeurism and attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child.
Moy was sentenced to 18 months in prison, suspended for two years.
He also been subjected to a sexual harm prevention order for ten years and must register as a sex offender for ten years.

Grandad chats to ‘girl’, 13, about sex while his wife is at work
A grandad discussed having sex with a ’13-year-old girl’ because he said he was ‘bored’ after retiring.
Desmond Brown, 68, chatted to a person he thought was a schoolgirl online when his wife was away at work.
He claimed he used to work as a joiner in a school and once had a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old female pupil.
But the pervert, who discussed meeting up and taking her for a drive, was actually talking to an undercover police officer.
The OAP was previously spared jail for two counts of indecent assault on a woman and indecent exposure in 1981.
He walked free from court again, after saying he had suffered abuse himself and was now paying for psychotherapy.
Liverpool Crown Court heard an officer created an account on the website Chat Avenue, posing as “Bella”, 13, from Exeter.
Brown, of Gairloch Close, Warrington, had a username of “LongHorn95” with a photo of himself and claimed to be 55.
Simon Duncan, prosecuting, said he messaged Bella, who told him she was 13 and “bored” when the chats began in August 2019.
Brown made his claim about previously dating a 15-year-old and Bella asked if they ever did any “naughty stuff”, to which the pensioner said they had “intimate contact”.
He used a fake profile name “Steve Wilson” as a cover in further chats on the app Kik Messenger.
Bella said his contact with the 15-year-old girl sounded “exciting” and Brown asked her if she wanted to try it.
He tried to phone her but she declined the call and he asked if she would send a photo, but “nothing weird”, to verify who she was.
Bella avoided this and they instead discussed her sexual experience.
Brown said “he would be gentle with her” and “would not do anything she didn’t want to do”.
When another request for a photo was avoided, Brown said they should stop chatting “as it was too dangerous”, adding he was scared about entrapment.
However, they discussed meeting up, when he suggested taking her for a drive and said he would perform a sex act on her and if they had sex he would wear a condom.
Brown asked her to delete their conversations and when she wouldn’t join a video chat, ignored two further messages from her.
He was arrested at his home on October 24, 2019, when no indecent images were found on his electronic equipment.
When interviewed, Brown told police he was “bored” and thought he was chatting to an adult for “sexual gratification”.
He said he had no sexual interest in children and made up the story about the 15-year-old.
Brown admitted engaging in sexual communication with a child between August 8 and September 10, 2019 – despite the fact there was no actual child.
The judge handed him 10 months in jail, suspended for two years, with a 20-day Rehabilitation Activity Requirement.
Brown must comply with a Sexual Harm Prevention Order and sign on the Sex Offenders Register for 10 years.

Predator lied about being paedophile hunter and wanted to rape girl as mum watched
A paedophile said he wanted to repeatedly rape a 12-year-old girl as her mum watched.
Marc Stokes-Denson even claimed to be acting as a paedophile hunter and continued the chat because he was “concerned”, however, a jury didn’t believe these lies.
Unbeknown to the 45-year-old, he was actually talking to an undercover police officer who posed as ‘Becky’
David Polglase, prosecuting, told Liverpool Crown Court that Stokes-Denson had used the name ‘KinkDomM_UK’ on Chat Avenue and ‘live:d***stokes’ on Skype.
Judge Anil Murray said over two months Stokes-Denson “developed a relationship” with ‘Becky’.
He told her he was sexually interested in her 12-year-old daughter, ‘Lizzie’, and in vile chats spoke about the two of them sexually abusing the ‘child’ together.
Mr Polglase said: “On one specific day, ‘Becky’ allowed ‘Lizzie’ onto the computer to ‘chat’ with the defendant, and he engaged in sexual communication with ‘Lizzie’.”
Stokes-Denson was arrested on Sunday, September 2019, and in a police interview claimed he had reported ‘Becky’ to an online admin, despite having no evidence he had done so.
He claimed he “continued to chat with Becky as he was concerned and wanted to find out more”.
He denied being sexually attracted to children and said he carried on so he would have “evidence” to show police.
Stokes-Denson, of The Close, Walton, was convicted by a jury of arranging to commit an offence of penetrative sexual activity with a child between May 28 and August 6, 2019.
He was also convicted of attempting sexual communication with a child between the same dates.
Judge Murray told Stokes-Denson that he was a “danger of causing serious harm to children”.
The judge said he was not sure if Stokes-Denson’s claim he was “ashamed and sorry” was an admission of guilt, but said he did not accept remorse.
Judge Murray said: “You have shown not a shred of remorse.”
Stokes-Denson was jailed for five years and six months and ordered to sign the Sex Offenders Register for life.
He was also ordered to adhere to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order for life.
