Graham Muir, 37, of Glenmavis, received a community sentence after being convicted at Airdrie Sheriff Court of three offences involving sexual activity in the presence of children
The three victims were aged 14. The source reports that he exposed himself and performed a sexual act while driving past two girls in Coatbridge on 30 August 2024, with a further incident involving a third girl three weeks later.
Muir denied the charges and was convicted following an August trial. Sheriff Derek Livingston imposed three years of supervision, 240 hours of unpaid work and nine months of electronic monitoring, including a 7pm–7am home curfew.
He was also ordered to pay each victim £1,000, register as a sex offender for five years and comply with ten-year non-harassment orders. The source reports restrictions on contact with under-18s and internet use.
