Pervert exposed by paedophile hunting team walks free from court

 

A pervert has escaped any kind of actual sentence including not being placed on the sex offenders register after he was exposed by a paedophile hunting team

Nathan Walls of Reading appeared at Reading Crown Court where he pleaded guilty to:

• Two counts of sexual communication with a child

• Attempted to incite a child aged under 13 to engage in sexual activity

Walls had contacted the female profiles of who he believed belonged to several young girls online. 

Walls had messaged one 13-year-old and a 12-year-old profile and sent highly sexualised messages with the intent of engaging the child into sexual activity. He also stated that he wanted to get them pregnant. 

In total, Walls had sent sexual messages to eight profiles, he believed were children

All the profiles were infact decoys from hunting teams which included ‘Our team’ – Leela decoy and SJ decoy – who are adults that pose as children online in order to catch sexual predators that target children

Members of the paedophile hunting team ‘P.E.S.T’ attended his address and questioned him on his internet activity 

Walls attempted to attack the team with a knife but was easily controlled

The team rang the police who arrested Walls at the property.

The outcome of the hearing was an absolute discharge which menat that the court did not impose any sentence in relation to the charges above. However Walls was made subject to notification requirements and a sexual harm prevention order was imposed
