Bristol man faces jail for sexually abusing two youngsters
A Bristol man who admits sexually abusing two youngsters has been told he faces possible prison.
Phillip Roberts, 66, of Jacobs Wells Road, appeared before Bristol Crown Court yesterday.
He pleaded guilty to two charges of having sexual activity with a child, relating to two girls aged 13 and 14, negating the need for a trial set for January 15 next year.
Judge William Hart ordered a Probation Service report and bailed Roberts for sentencing on July 4.
He told Roberts: “All sentencing options will be open to the judge who deals with you that day, including an immediate custodial sentence. Cooperate with the Probation Service in the making of the report.”
