Convivted sex offender damaged property

Kieron John Miller, Alphington, Exeter. Age: 24.

On 04/06/2019 at Exeter without lawful excuse, destroyed front door window to the value of under £5,000 belonging to Exeter City Council intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged.

Plea: Guilty. Between 31/03/2019 and 11/07/2019 at Exeter, being a relevant offender within the terms of section 80 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003, failed without reasonable excuse to comply with the notification requirements as provided by Part 2 of that Act in that failed to notify the police of a change of circumstances and further failed to attend the police station to complete the annual notification.

Plea: Guilty.

Community order made. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement up to a maximum of 15 days. Restraining order made. Fined £100.

To pay a surcharge to fund victim services of £85. To pay costs of £50 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
