A manipulative and perverted man who preyed on teenage girls has been sentenced at Hull Crown Court to four years and 10 months behind bars.

Kai Hutchinson, 18, of Pembroke Grove, Hull appeared at Hull Crown Court for sentencing on Friday 31 March, after he entered a guilty plea for five counts of engaging in sexual activity with a child and three counts of sexual communications with a child at an early court appearance.

The sexual predator, Hutchinson, targeted four young girls through social media sites between November 2021 and October 2022 with the intention to gain their trust and take advantage of them in a bid to fulfil his sexual pleasure.

Hutchinson made contact with each of the girls and manipulated them into feeling sorry for him in attempt to get each girl to send him indecent images of themselves. He would also send his own sexually explicit images.

On two occasions, he manipulated the girls into meeting up with him in public places, where he sexually abused them.
