Pervert breached his sexual harm prevention order

A pervert has admitted breaching his sexual harm prevention order

Michael John Egan, aged 54 and of Fosters Sprung, Lytchett Matravers, admitted purchasing a smart TV which was internet enabled on January 13 without informing police within three days, which he was prohibited from doing by a sexual harm prevention order made by Bournemouth Crown Court in March 2017.

He was fined £240, to pay a £30 surcharge, to pay £85 costs.

He also admitted being a relevant offender within the terms of the Sexual Offences Act and failing to comply with the notification requirements in that he did not complete his annual sex offender notification on March 20. He ws fined £240.

Also admitted commission of a further offence during the operational period of a suspended sentence order for the offences of three counts of possessing an indecent image of a child and possessing an extreme pornographic image and distributing an indecent photo of a child to other like minded paedophiles. Fined £240.
