Pervert jailed for sexually abusing children and making incident videos of kids
A pervert has been jailed for sexually abusing children and making incident videos of a child.
Lloyd Collins, 30, of Montpelier Road in Brighton, pleaded guilty to 11 offences, all committed in the city, which included sexual activity with a girl, assaulting a teenage girl by beating, and making and possessing indecent videos and still images of a child.
He also admitted possessing cannabis with intent to supply and a racially aggravated assault on a police officer.
He sought out teenage girls at the most vulnerable time of their lives, while they were estranged from their families and trying to make their way in life.
He lied his way into their lives, supplying them with alcohol and drugs before abusing them for his own sexual gratification
Unemployed Collins was sentenced at Chichester Crown Court to a total of 15 years and will spend a minimum of nine years in prison with a further six being served under supervision under prison release licence.
He was also given lifelong restraining orders, prohibiting him from any contact with his two victims and was issued with a sexual harm prevention order, severely restricting his access to children and digital communications devices.
He will also be a registered sex offender for life.
