Paedophile distributed hundreds of indecent images
A paedophile has admitted distributing hundreds of indecent images of children to other like-minded perverts
Ralph Dommett – from Latchford – shared a total of 722 prohibited pictures and five sick videos, a police investigation found.
The 62-year-old was ensnared by officers in July last year, with category A images showing the most serious forms of child abuse among those discovered on devices seized from the defendant.
He pleaded guilty to distributing indecent images, possession of indecent images and two counts of making indecent images when appearing at Warrington Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, June 15.
Dommett, of St Mary Street, will be sentenced before the same court next month and has been released on conditional bail until that date.
He was also ordered to sign the sex offenders’ register at Warrington Police Station within three days of last week’s hearing.
