Pervert caught with toddler abuse and bestiality photos

Pervert Christopher Price has avoided jail after being caught with nearly 240 child sexual abuse images featuring kids as young as toddlers

The 27-year-old viewed the sickening pictures involving girls and boys aged two to 13 and images of animals being sexually abused by humans

And police also found an extreme pornographic image of a woman having sex with a dog on his mobile phone.

Price pleaded guilty to the offences at North Staffordshire Justice Centre in April, but his neighbour was left furious after he was allowed to remain living next door to her and her six-year-old son.

Price was said to of enjoyed the presence of the photographer outside of court who was taking pictures of him

Now Price has been handed a six-month jail sentence, suspended for two years at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court as the judge believes there is a realistic chance of him being rehabilitated.

Prosecutor Alison Whalley said the defendant lives at his parent’s property in Middleport and police attended the address on March 24 last year.

Ms Whalley said: “There were 41 still images at category A and two category A moving images; 84 still images and three moving images at category B and 107 images at category C.

“The extreme pornographic image involved a female and a dog. The images involved boys and girls from two-years-old up to 13.”

In his police interview the defendant admitted the offences and said on occasion he would perform a sex act while looking at the images, but would ‘feel bad there after’.

Price pleaded guilty to three counts of making indecent images of children; possessing an extreme pornographic image; and possessing a prohibited image of a child.

Price must also complete a rehabilitation activity requirement for 55 days and is subject to a curfew for three months from 10pm to 6am. Judge Paul Glenn said: “When officers attended your home address on March 24, 2021 you weren’t present, but you gave your whereabouts to them.

“Police had seized your mobile phone where they found the images. What’s of concern is that some of those images were very young children and images of both males and females which suggests you have some sexual interest in children of both sexes.

“To some extent you seek to justify your offending through being bored and sexually frustrated. That doesn’t begin to justify what you did.

“What I think you need to remember is that the images you were looking at are images of real children being damaged probably irreparably for the entertainment of people who view this sort of evil material.”

Judge Glenn added: “I think the public interest and protection of children is best served by your rehabilitation.”

Price was made the subject of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) for seven years. He was ordered to pay £425 costs and judge Glenn also ordered the forfeiture and destruction of the mobile phone.

Police tipped off about pervert with 237 indecent images of children

A paedophile has admitted masterbating to indecent images of children

Pervert Christopher Price made the admission after he was caught with 237 indecent images of children.

The 27-year-old, of Flamborough Grove, Middleport, has admitted three counts of making indecent images of children; possessing an extreme pornographic image; and possessing a prohibited image of a child.

Prosecutor Zaine Riaz told North Staffordshire Justice Centre that Staffordshire Police had received intelligence that indecent images had been accessed and uploaded on the internet from the defendant’s address.

Mr Riaz said: “He was not at home. However he contacted the police to say he would be the reason they were at the address. The police returned and spoke with him. They seized his devices and he attended a voluntary interview.”

Officers found 43 category A indecent images; 87 at category B; and 107 at category C.

In the interview, the defendant admitted he was responsible for the indecent content found on his device.

He said he would carry out a sex act when viewing the material.

Magistrates sent the case to Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court and Price will appear there on a date to be fixed. They ordered a pre-sentence report. Price’s bail was extended
