Man, 35, found guilty of raping child

A 35 year-old man has been jailed for 19 years after being found guilty of repeated child sex offences.

Richard Green was found guilty following a trial of 15 counts including rape of a child under 13, assault by penetration, sexual assault, inciting a child to engage in sexual activity and cruelty to a child.

Green, of no fixed abode, but originally from the Tuebrook area, was jailed for 19 years at Liverpool Crown Court.
