Face of Workington paedophile who repeatedly abused teenage girl in Lancaster

 

This is the face of Kevin Askew, who sexually abused a teenage girl.

The 56-year-old pleaded guilty at Preston Crown Court yesterday (August 18) to committing the offences in Lancaster.

Lancaster Constabulary has now released a photograph of the paedophile.

Askew initially denied any wrongdoing but pleaded guilty when presented with the weight of evidence compiled against him by detectives in West Child Protection Team.

He pleaded guilty to a number of sexual offences and was remanded into custody.

Askew, of Far Moss, Northside, Workington, will be sentenced on November 12
